Vadaria Group CPA, formerly knows as  TaxCutters, has been the leading expert on tax planning strategies and Illinois Sales Tax Audit for Small Business for more than 20 years.

We wanted to let you know, in case you were not already aware, of an upcoming tax return, interest and penalties due.  This due date applies only if you have corporations and timely requested an automatic 6-month extension.

The following corporate returns are due on September 15:

  • Partnerships (Form 1065)
  • S-Corporations (Form 1120S)
  • C-Corporations with tax years ending December 31 (Form 1120)

Also due on September 15 are the tax returns or extensions to be filed for C-Corporations with tax years ending June 30.

Again, this is simply a friendly reminder for those who may be affected by this deadline.
